I've recently set up several Kubernetes clusters, but I don't have a deep understanding of all the complexities involved. Since I used RKEv2, it was pretty straightforward. My boss wants to send me for training, which I'm excited about, but I'm unsure which enterprise course I should ask for. We mainly use SLES for our SAP operations. I'm interested in pursuing the CKA certification eventually, and I'd like a course that can help prepare me for that. What do you think I should request?

If you're thinking about the CKA or any other course, I'd strongly suggest finding a study group, whether it's with coworkers or others in the field. Weekly reviews are super helpful! Also, don't skip the practice tests for the CKA—they're definitely worth the investment.
I’m in a similar situation, needing to learn for work as well. I have a background similar to yours, so we might be starting at the same level. Feel free to reach out if you want to chat!
When I was getting ready for the CKA, I took Mumshad Mananbeth's course on Udemy a few years back. It's affordable and really in-depth! I felt confident enough to handle any bare-metal cluster after that. It has practice tests, covers the basics of jsonpath, and explains how TLS certificates work thoroughly.
If you're looking specifically for Rancher training, check out Rancher Academy. For broader Kubernetes training, I’ve had good experiences with Pluralsight and KodeKloud—they both offer solid content.

I did the same course! Mumshad runs KodeKloud now, which is a great resource. For about $200 a year (depending on discounts), it's fantastic value. They have a variety of high-quality Kubernetes courses and more, all designed by experts. I pay for the subscription myself and save my employer's training budget for exam vouchers.
