I'm looking for some advice on reliable and affordable backup solutions for MS365, specifically for Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint, as our medium-sized business (less than 250 users) has around 7TB of data. I'm new to this, so any recommendations or experiences you can share would be really helpful! Thanks in advance!

If you’re into Synology, they have Active Backup for M365. You only pay for the NAS and drives, which can save you in the long run.
Consider Veeam for your backup needs. It’s a solid choice that just works well, but you might want to find a good VAR to assist with sales since they can vary in service quality.
Can confirm, Veeam is reliable!
I just started using MSP360 for backups, and it's been fantastic. It’s only $2 per user plus the storage cost, and you’ll likely get good pricing with larger volumes.
Barracuda’s cloud-to-cloud backup is a great choice. It’s reasonably priced and offers unlimited retention, plus storage worries are off your hands.
We’ve used Barracuda for about five years without any issues.
AvePoint is a great option, costing about $6 per user per month. It’s user-friendly and one of the few providers that allow backups to be exported, which is a nice feature.
+1 for AvePoint! It's cheap and the support is top-notch.
Have you personally used it? It seems like a good investment compared to some other solutions.
