Recommendations for Sharing Large Files Securely

I'm looking for a solution to allow a small team of 5-10 users to upload large files and share direct links with customers. Ideally, I want each user to have unique logins under a single account, and I need to ensure that there's no directory browsing; users should only be able to access files via direct links. I've considered options like Dropbox and OneDrive, but I'm unsure if any of them meet my specific requirements, especially for files that are too large for email, around 100MB to 500MB. Any suggestions?

For sending larger files, I’ve had success with Google Drive and OneDrive, but if you need something bigger, check out WeTransfer. At my previous company, we often used SFTP for big transfers, though that might require a bit more setup.

How large are the files you need to share? Just wondering because that can really impact the options available.

Nothing too outrageous, just files that are too big to email—like around 100MB to 500MB. I expect any paid service can handle that.

Consider trying out aero.zip. It offers features like end-to-end encryption for all file sizes, resumable transfers, and real-time downloads. They have a free tier for 2GB, but you could also explore their 100GB plan if needed.

If your email provider has it, check out large file send options like Mimecast. They let you send files up to 2GB directly through email, generating links for recipients without leaving your inbox.

We use Backblaze B2 and connect with Cyberduck on Mac. It's great because you can assign user scopes and keys, which helps keep things organized and secure for the users who need access.
