I'm looking to upgrade my gaming PC, which I purchased about three years ago. I'm specifically considering upgrading my GPU and potentially my CPU as well. I currently play on a 4K monitor, but I often scale games down to 1080p to boost frame rates. Here's my current setup:
- CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core i5-13600KF
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070
- RAM: 32GB DDR4/3200MHz Corsair
- PSU: 750W
Any recommendations on whether I should upgrade both components and what options might be the best for my needs?

If you're looking to significantly upgrade your CPU, you might need a new motherboard, which could mean changing your RAM too. For 4K gaming, I'd suggest looking at the Radeon 9070 XT for a solid upgrade.

I have the ASRock Z690 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard. Is that outdated? Also, I've always used RTX GPUs. Are there advantages or disadvantages to switch from Nvidia to AMD?
