Seeking GPU Advice for 1440p Gaming Upgrade

Hey guys! Last year, I scored a sweet deal on a PC setup that included an Intel i7-13700F, RTX 4060 Ti, ASUS Prime B660M-A motherboard, and other goodies for just $400! Now, I'm looking to upgrade it for some serious 1440p gaming, ideally at 165Hz. I'm thinking about getting a new 1440p monitor and a used GPU with a budget of around $550. I'm also planning to add a 2TB SSD since my current storage is almost full and that HDD is just too slow and noisy. I eventually want to move to DDR5 RAM but that'll require a new motherboard. I know I might need to upgrade my PSU based on the GPU I choose as well. My main goal is to play modern titles like Cyberpunk 2077 at high/ultra settings, preferably with ray tracing. Do you think I need a GPU with at least 12GB of VRAM for this setup, or is 10GB sufficient? Or should I consider selling everything and starting fresh? I'd love to hear your recommendations!

You got an amazing deal with your build! I wouldn't worry too much about replacing everything, but it's true that the 4060 Ti's 8GB can be limiting. Focus on getting an NVIDIA card from the 30 or 40 series with at least 12GB of VRAM. Set alerts for good deals locally. If you aim for 100fps on higher settings, you're in a better spot with your current CPU and planned upgrades. An RTX 5070 could be a solid choice around your budget.
