Hey everyone! I'm in need of an upgrade since my current setup is really struggling. I have a B450-A Pro Max motherboard paired with a Ryzen 5 3600, an old GTX 1070, and 16 GB of DDR3 3600 MHz RAM. It's tough to run BF6, and my PC crashes frequently—sometimes as often as every five minutes! I suspect the outdated graphics card is the main culprit, but I'm not entirely sure. I'm looking for the best value CPU and GPU that I can use without changing my AM4 motherboard, though if I need to consider RAM upgrades, that would be a last resort due to high prices. Ideally, I want to achieve 1440p at over 100 fps, but I'd settle for 1080p if 1440p isn't feasible. I've heard about the Ryzen 7 3700X3D, but it's hard to find. Any suggestions? Thanks! <3

The 5700X3D is discontinued, so your best option for an AM4 setup would be to either find a used 5700X3D or stick with the 5600. Both would perform well for gaming!
You might want to consider the Ryzen 5 5500X3D paired with a 9060XT 16GB—pretty solid combo for your needs!
I recommend going for a Ryzen 5 5600 and RX 6700 XT. You can likely find these on the used market for a reasonable deal. Also, don’t forget to update your BIOS before making any upgrades!
