Seeking Upgrade Advice for My 7-Year-Old Gaming PC

I've been using my gaming PC for about 7 years now, and it has performed surprisingly well for me. Here's my current setup: an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor, a B450 TOMAHAWK motherboard, an ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 570 GPU, an EVGA SuperNOVA 550 80+ GOLD PSU, 16GB of CORSAIR Vengeance LPX RAM, a 500GB SSD, and a 2TB hard drive housed in a Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-05 case. Lately, I've been experiencing lower frame rates, especially in a game I frequently play, The Finals, where I'm only getting around 30-40 FPS, which isn't enjoyable anymore. I'm looking to future-proof my rig and wondering what upgrades I should consider. My budget is around $600 CAD, but I'm open to suggestions. For reference, I game at 1080p on a 144Hz monitor. Any help would be appreciated!

If you're aiming to stick to about $600, I recommend upgrading to a GPU like the 9060 XT with 16GB. If you have a bit more to spend, you could also consider a CPU upgrade to the 5600 or 5700X, though you might need to check compatibility with your motherboard. It’s worth investing in better performance!

I was really hoping to keep my upgrades closer to that $600 mark, but I might be able to stretch it if needed. Thanks for your input, but isn't the 5700X not compatible with my existing motherboard?
