Setting Up My First Streaming and Video Editing PC

I'm diving into the world of streaming and need help building, or commissioning, a PC suitable for streaming and video editing. I'm looking for something that can handle newer games without being top-of-the-line, and I hope it will stay relevant for about five years. I don't mind not having the highest settings, and my budget is capped at 2000€ since I'm based in Germany. I received some suggested builds from GPT, but I'm unsure and would really appreciate your insights! Here are the builds I got:

1. AMD Ryzen 7 5700X with 8 cores and 16 threads, paired with an MSI B550-A Pro motherboard, 32 GB DDR4-3600 RAM, an NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti 8GB GPU, a 1 TB Kingston NV2 NVMe SSD for the OS, a 2 TB Crucial MX500 SATA SSD for videos, a 650 W be quiet! Pure Power 11 power supply, cooling from a be quiet! Pure Rock 2, housed in a Fractal Design Focus G case, and running Windows 11 Home.

2. AMD Ryzen 7 7700X also with 8 cores and 16 threads (Zen 4), an ASUS B650-Plus motherboard, 32 GB DDR5-6000 RAM, an NVIDIA RTX 4070 12GB GPU, a 1 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD for the OS, the same 2 TB Crucial MX500 SATA SSD for videos, a 750 W be quiet! Pure Power 12 FM power supply, cooling via a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE, in a Fractal Design Pop Air case, also with Windows 11 Home.

Any suggestions or feedback on these builds or links to solid build advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'd recommend definitely considering a prebuilt option if you're feeling overwhelmed with choices. Many companies have solid gaming PCs that fit your criteria without the hassle of building one yourself. Just make sure to check the specs!

Yeah, I've been looking into prebuilt systems but there are so many options! I'm just unsure about what I'm really going to need.
