I just received my Lian Li fans and noticed a warning on the box that states, "Warning: Cancer and Reproductive Harm." I'm a bit worried and wondering if I should return them. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Thanks in advance for your input!

That's mainly a California thing. If you're outside California, there's no need to worry about that warning. It's just a precaution that a lot of companies have started using.
Don't sweat it! That warning is pretty common on a lot of products, especially because of California's laws. It basically applies to anything that isn't food. Most people just ignore it now since it’s so overused.
You really don't need to return them. The warning is likely just a precaution because of Proposition 65. It's cheaper for companies to slap that label on than to conduct expensive testing to prove their products are safe.
At this point, it's pretty much a standard warning that companies put on products that might end up in California. It's become a bit of a joke since it's applied to nearly everything.
As long as you're not eating the fans, you'll be just fine. They're just fans, not something that would expose you to any actual risks.
