I'm in the middle of building a new PC, but I'm on a tight budget and can only afford everything except the graphics card right now. I'm planning to use an Intel i5-13400F and was considering using my old GTX 1060 6GB temporarily until I can afford a better GPU. My question is: should I go ahead and buy all the other components now, or would it be better to wait a month or two and purchase everything at once?

Are you planning to use DDR5 RAM for your build?
I say go for it! You might find that the GTX 1060 still performs decently with newer games; it's not as outdated as you’d think.
If you wait a bit, there's a chance that the other components might drop in price. If you're mostly gaming, though, I'd suggest considering AMD instead of Intel.
It's really up to your personal preference. Just keep in mind that if you upgrade the GPU later, you might need to wipe your current GPU drivers, but that’s pretty straightforward to do.
