I'm in the process of building a new PC and I'm trying to decide between the Ryzen 5500 and the Ryzen 3600. I keep hearing that the 3600 is better, especially because of its L3 cache. But I'm not sure which one to go with. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I recommend getting the Ryzen 5600; it's usually available for under $100, making it a solid choice.
Don't always trust what the AI says. The Ryzen 5500 is actually newer and arguably performs better than the 3600 in some cases.
There are scenarios where the 5500 outperforms the 3600 in newer games, despite the latter having more L3 cache. Check out this video for some comparisons! [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jG4M4fMlDY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jG4M4fMlDY)
If your budget allows, definitely go for the Ryzen 5600. It's significantly better than both the 5500 and 3600. You'll notice the difference!

Plus, the 5500 has a multiplier unlocked, which gives it more flexibility for overclocking! That's a big plus.
