Should I Choose the 9070 XT or 5070 Ti for Upgrading from a 3070 Ti?

I'm looking to upgrade my current GPU (3070 Ti) and I'm considering two options: the 9070 XT which I found for 610 EUR and the 5070 Ti priced at 770 EUR. Is the extra 160 EUR for the 5070 Ti justified, or would I be better off saving the money and going with the 9070 XT? My CPU is a 12700K with 32GB of DDR4 RAM. I typically play games like BO6, BF6, GTA5 Enhanced, Marvel Rivals, and Cyberpunk 2077, all at 1080p, but I'm looking to run them on max settings.

Definitely go for the 9070 XT! The price difference isn't worth it, and you'll get very similar performance in most games, especially if you don't heavily rely on DLSS or top-tier ray tracing. Unless you really need that extra edge, the 9070 XT is an excellent choice for the price.

Yeah, the 9070 XT will handle 1080p gaming just fine. It's great for raster performance and can do ray tracing without issues. You won't regret that decision!

Honestly, consider what you'll do with the GPU. If you're staying at 1080p, you might not need a more expensive option. The 9070 XT is still a powerhouse for that resolution.

And if you ever decide to upgrade your monitor down the line for higher resolution gaming, the 9070 XT will hold up nicely!

Both options might be more than you need if you're sticking to 1080p. Honestly, your current 3070 Ti is still pretty capable. If you're serious about upgrading, consider also getting a higher resolution monitor to make the most of your new GPU.

Exactly! An upgrade to a 1440p monitor would pair brilliantly with the 9070 XT and truly elevate your gaming experience.

My recommendation? Grab the 9070 XT and use the savings to invest in a 1440p monitor. You'll notice a much better experience, and it's a smarter move financially.

Totally agree! That's what I did, and it made a huge difference in my gaming clarity and overall satisfaction.

If you're focused on gaming, the 9070 XT provides the best value. It's much better for pure rasterization. If you need CUDA for rendering or AI tasks, then you might lean towards the 5070 Ti, but for gaming alone, the 9070 XT is the way to go.

For sure! Unless you're planning to do some intense rendering work, definitely go with the 9070 XT.
