I'm looking for some advice on whether I should enable XMP for my PC. My specs include a Ryzen 7 8700f, 32GB of DDR5 running at 6000MHz, an RX 7600 graphics card, and an A620M Plus WiFi motherboard. I've heard a lot about XMP, but I read on AMD's site that my CPU officially supports speeds up to 5200MHz. I've also seen some discussions about XMP potentially causing overheating issues with the processor. Can anyone provide some real insights on whether enabling XMP is a good idea for my setup?

From what I understand, if XMP isn’t enabled, your RAM won’t run at the speeds that are advertised. It’s worth having it on!
Definitely enable XMP if your system is stable; it makes a noticeable difference in RAM speeds.

Exactly, if XMP is off, you're not even getting to the listed speed.
