I'm currently using an R5 8500G with the integrated GPU, and I was intending to buy a new 9060XT. However, I stumbled upon some ads on Facebook for a used 4070 priced between 400 and 430 euros. I'm planning to game at 1440p with the 9060XT, but I'm tempted to spend a little extra to potentially play in 4K or get better performance at 1440p. Given my situation, what do you suggest I do?

I’d recommend the 9060XT; it's solid for 1440p gaming! Just keep in mind that once you start setting your sights on 4K, you'll probably need something beefier, like the 5070 Ti or the 9070 XT. Also, with your 550W PSU, I'd suggest upgrading that before anything else unless it's an ATX 3.0 or 3.1 rated for those sudden power needs!
If you can manage to spend around 500 euros, you might want to consider a 5070 instead. Just a thought!
Yeah, I can't really do that at the moment. I thought I had a 650W PSU but it turns out it's only 550W. Getting that extra 100 euros is tough right now.
I wouldn't count on playing all games at 4K, but with a 4070, you could likely run most older AAA titles at around 60-70 FPS in 4K.
