I'm planning to buy a 9060 XT, and I've noticed that the 3-fan version is only $20 more than the 2-fan model. I'm curious if it's worth the extra cost. Is there a significant difference in performance or cooling, or is it just a small upgrade?

For $20, I think getting 50% more fan capacity is a good deal. The 3-fan model probably has a better cooling system, too. It seems like a solid investment to me.
The main difference is definitely cooling. If your room tends to get hot, the 3-fan setup will help keep your GPU at a lower temperature. For just twenty bucks more, I'd say go for it!
I always opt for 3-fan models! They tend to cool better, and you can run the fans at lower RPMs for quieter operation while still achieving the same cooling efficiency as a 2-fan model. Definitely feels worth it for that extra $20!
Totally agree! Less noise makes a big difference when you're gaming.
From what I've heard, the performance should be pretty similar between the two. However, the 3-fan model often runs cooler and quieter, which is a nice bonus if you're sensitive to noise.
Exactly! Having that extra cooling can significantly extend the lifespan of your hardware.
