I'm about to make a graphics card purchase—either the 9070xt or the 5070—and I need some advice. If I want a card that performs well for both gaming and watching movies, which one should I choose? I'm looking to buy either today or tomorrow, so any insights would be super helpful!

While the 5070 can be cheaper, keep in mind that it may not hold up as well for future games. The 9070xt, while pricier, generally offers better performance and longevity. If you can wait for the 9070xt to be shipped, it might be worth it for your long-term gaming experience.
If you're considering the standard 5070, I'd recommend against it. The value just isn't there compared to the 9070xt. For gaming at 1440p with high refresh rates, the 9070xt is the way to go, assuming your budget allows for it.
I came across a 5070 at Walmart for about $520, and I'm tempted to grab it. With the pricing, it seems reasonable, and I could always upgrade later. I think that’s a solid deal compared to almost $600 for the other options.
