I've been updating my resume because I'm not too happy with my current job, even though I enjoy working with my team. I work at a consulting firm that focuses on Google Cloud, and over the last two years, I've played a key role in two major projects published in Google's official repositories. I personally authored one project and was part of a small team for the other, which centered on infrastructure work with Terraform. This feels like a significant milestone for me, and I'd like to highlight it on my resume. However, I'm torn about whether to include links to these repositories. I'm worried that 1) the HR algorithms might flag my resume because of these links, and 2) even if it gets through, I wonder if hiring managers would take the time to check them out.

I’d definitely add those links! They're a great way to showcase your work. Just be sure to keep an eye on your overall privacy and presentation. Good luck!
I have a portfolio on GitHub where I add links to all my projects. It’s a way to showcase your work without cluttering your resume. I recommend doing the same—just link your portfolio on your resume instead of individual projects!
That sounds like a genius idea!
