I'm relatively new to building PCs and not very familiar with different brands or compatibility issues. I've shared my build here and I'm open to spending at least $300 more than my initial budget. Can anyone suggest any changes or improvements? Here's my build link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZvTngn

You might want to look into bumping up to a Ryzen 5 9600X for just a tad more. The 9070 is also an option if you're ready to spend more cash, but overall, your build looks fine.
Just a heads up, the P3 Plus drive uses QLC flash, which isn't very durable. It tends to slow down significantly after a few years. I recommend swapping to a TLC flash drive like the Kioxia Exceria Plus G3 or the WD Blue SN580. They're much better in terms of longevity and performance.
If you're looking to upgrade your graphics a bit, consider getting a 5090 for a performance boost.
Your build looks solid! I suggest you consider switching to a Ryzen 5 7600X or 9600X CPU. Since you're already getting a separate cooler, it might be a good idea to upgrade to the 7600X, which is actually cheaper and performs better than the standard 7600. The 9600X is the latest and faster but it runs hotter, so be cautious about that.
