I've got about 20 days to either build a new website for a university project or improve an existing one that's riddled with bugs. I'm torn between starting from scratch or just fixing the bugs. What do you think would be the best approach?

Without more details, it’s hard to give a solid answer, but from what I’ve seen, sometimes starting over can be the better route. If you're going to learn and improve your skills, a fresh start might help you avoid repeating mistakes and allow you to build a more efficient site.
It really depends on how bad the existing code is and your comfort level with starting fresh. If the code is super messy and you find yourself struggling, it might be a good idea to start over. But if the bugs are fixable and you're just dealing with some minor issues, then tackling those could save you time.
I get what you mean. Sometimes you find that the issues aren't as serious as they seem, right? You might be surprised how easily some problems can be solved.
Totally agree! Starting fresh can help you learn and understand the core concepts better, especially if the current errors are confusing.
