I'm working with a Frozen Warframe 360mm AIO cooler in a Lian Li V100R case. My idle temperatures are around 35-40°C. Should I configure the AIO as an intake or exhaust? Looking for some advice. Thanks!

You might want to set it up as exhaust. With those idle temps, it's likely your case airflow is decent, and exhausting hot air helps keep everything cooler overall.
