I built my first PC a while back, and I've been using an EVGA Supernova 650 G3 with an XFX GTS Radeon RX 580 8 GB. Recently, I got my hands on an Nvidia TUF 3070 Ti from a friend who upgraded. I'm debating whether to keep both GPUs in my system or just switch completely to the 3070 Ti. Are there any potential issues with swapping them? Also, can I use a daisy chain PCIe cable to power the 3070 Ti, given it needs two 8-pin connectors?

I recommend just removing the RX 580 and installing the 3070 Ti. Remember to run DDU to wipe out the AMD drivers first, then install the Nvidia ones. For power, it's better to use two separate PCIe cables for the 3070 Ti, but if you really have to, a daisy chain should work, even if I’m not a huge fan of that approach.
What are the risks of using the daisy chain instead of getting another discrete PCIe cable?
