It really depends on some details. What's the condition of the 9070 XT? Is it new or used? If it's been well cared for, then might be worth considering, but I personally wouldn't trade my GPU and cash without knowing it was fully functional. The 9070 XT might be available at MSRP for around $600, and considering your 5070's price of about $500, this trade seems a bit sketchy. I'd be hesitant unless you can verify the 9070 XT is legit and in great condition.
Both cards are like new, all original packaging. I live in a remote part of Canada with no stores that sell the 9070 XT. I've done trades with this guy before, and we had no issues. I'm mostly wondering about performance boosts in games like Rust.
