I currently have a B450 Tomahawk MAX motherboard paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, and I've been running 4 sticks of CORSAIR Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 RAM (16GB each) at 2133 MHz for about 3 years. I'm wondering if I should upgrade all 4 sticks to run at 3200 MHz, or if I should just use 2 sticks at that speed for gaming. What would be the best approach for a gaming setup?

Honestly, enjoy the extra performance if it works out! Many people say 2 sticks offer better stability, but since you already have 4 sticks, give them a try at the faster speed before you decide to remove any. You might not notice a performance drop if you can keep all 4 loaded with RAM.
As long as all your sticks are part of the same kit, you should be able to run all 4 at 3200 MHz without any issues. The Ryzen 5000 series has a solid memory controller for DDR4, so it should handle it just fine!
First things first, go into your BIOS and enable the XMP profile. That's the key to getting your RAM to run at its rated speed, since anything beyond 2133 MHz is technically overclocking. Once you do that, check if it runs smoothly at the higher speed.

Yeah, unless you're having stability issues, there's no need to pull them out. Just test and see how they perform at 3200 MHz!
