I'm currently using a 3070 Ti paired with an AMD Ryzen 7600X and I'm looking for more consistent frame rates while gaming. I'm curious about the impact of my CPU possibly being weaker than my GPU. Is this a big issue, and would it be worth upgrading to a 5070 Ti?

It really depends on your gaming setup. What resolution are you gaming at? If it's 2560x1440 and you want to run high settings for steady over 60fps, then an upgrade could help. Just make sure everything is compatible, like your PSU and other components.
I'm running 2560x1440 too, and I like to max out settings as much as possible!
