Should I upgrade my gaming PC’s graphics card or buy a new one?

Hey everyone! I'm in the market for a new gaming PC since my old one is really struggling with the latest games. Right now, I've got an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor, along with 24 GB of RAM. I'm considering buying a prebuilt PC that comes with an NVIDIA 5060 Ti and 16 GB of VRAM, but I've heard mixed reviews about that graphics card. It's one of the few options I can find at a decent price. Should I go ahead and buy it, or should I keep searching for a better option?

I'd recommend the 7600 XT. It’s a fantastic card that handles 1440p gaming without any issues, and it could be a better investment overall.

Why not just upgrade your existing setup? Your motherboard likely supports newer graphics cards and CPUs, so swapping those might be easier than buying a whole new PC.

If you're looking for future-proofing, a card with 16 GB VRAM sounds solid. There are plenty of great AMD options available that might fit the bill better than the 5060 Ti.

You might want to consider looking at alternatives like the AMD 5600 along with a 9060 XT. It could suit your needs well! Also, just a heads up, this forum is mainly for custom builds, maybe check out some prebuilt-focused subreddits for better advice.

Good point! Just be cautious about BIOS compatibility if you go that route.
