Should I Upgrade My GPU or Wait to Build a New PC?

I'm currently using a pre-built iBuyPower PC from 2018. While I'm planning to build my own setup within the next year, I'm wondering if upgrading to a GeForce RTX 3050 6GB is worth it right now to help with some games I'm unable to run. Here are my current specs: Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 16 GB DDR4 2666 RAM, NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB, 500W Power Supply, and a PRIME H310-PLUS Motherboard.

It sounds like you’re better off waiting for the full build. Upgrading your GPU to a 3050 might help, but honestly, if you're planning to build a new PC in the near future, it might not be worth the investment just for a few games. If you’ve got a tight budget, I can help suggest some parts for your new build instead!

Thanks for the advice! I’ll definitely keep that in mind since I don’t have much time to game right now.
