I'm currently using a Dell prebuilt system with an old AMD X370 Promentory motherboard alongside a Ryzen 7 2700 processor and a 480W proprietary power supply—which is pretty limiting. My setup includes an RX 6600 graphics card, 32 GB of RAM, and an NVMe SSD. I'm looking to explore the most cost-effective upgrade path. Should I buy a new motherboard, PSU, and CPU to reuse my parts, or would it be wiser to invest in a prebuilt system? If there are options for finding decent deals on components, I'd love to hear those too!

Honestly, I'd say upgrading is the way to go. Once you get a good motherboard and power supply, you can always swap in a better GPU later if you feel like it. Just make sure to get parts that work well with your current setup. It’s not super hard and could save you cash in the long run!

Could you share some recommendations for the cheapest PSU/MOBO/CPU that would work with my existing gear? I want to keep costs low but leave room for future upgrades.
