Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 3060 Ti to a 9070 XT and I'm considering whether it would be a good idea to also upgrade my CPU from an R5 5600 to a 5700X3D. Do you all think this upgrade is necessary?

It really depends on what games you’re into and your setup. I have a 5900X, which has similar gaming capabilities to your 5600, paired with a 7900XT (a bit less powerful than your new card). I mostly play at 1440p and my CPU hasn’t been a bottleneck whatsoever. If you do any ray tracing, your CPU will definitely hold up well too!
How do the 1% lows hold up? I mostly play in VR with heavily modded Skyrim and Fallout 4, and I'm looking for smoother performance to reduce stuttering.
