I'm planning to upgrade my motherboard, RAM, and CPU since I'm currently using a 1600 on a B350F, which isn't compatible with Windows 11. I'm considering the 7600X as my new CPU. Is this a solid choice, or should I aim for an x3d CPU instead? I plan to upgrade my GPU in the future, probably to a 3070, but for now, I'm focused on gaming. I'd appreciate any advice you can offer about this upgrade! Thanks!

The 7600X is a fantastic mid-range CPU for the price! I have it paired with a 4070 Super on a 1440p 240Hz monitor and it handles everything like a champ. You shouldn't worry about performance with this setup at all!
It's funny how they call this midrange when it feels like the entry-level option for AM5 chips!
