I'm currently using a core i5-12400F with 32 GB of DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RAM and an Asus RTX 4060 (8 GB). My motherboard is an Asus PRIME H610M-K D4, and I have one NVMe drive along with three SSDs in a Gigabyte C200 case. I'm considering upgrading to a B760 motherboard. Is this a good move, or will it not make a significant difference in performance?

Before making the jump to a new motherboard, think about what you really need. If your current setup is working fine for you, stick with it. It hardly makes a difference in performance unless you're looking for specific features that your current board is lacking.
The H610M-K is pretty much fine for your i5-12400F. Only upgrade if you're planning to get a better CPU that needs improved VRMs or if you want more I/O options. Just stick with what you've got for now unless you have specific needs.
You should ask yourself a couple of questions. Is your Asus PRIME board holding back your CPU in some way? Probably not since the i5 has a lower TDP. Are you thinking of upgrading to an i7 or i9? If you really need more power or features, then maybe consider it, but otherwise, it might not be necessary.
