I'm in the process of building my computer and I have a total of 6 fans to install, not including the one for the cooler. My motherboard has enough connectors for all of them, but I'm not a fan of having all the cable mess connected to it. I know that using a fan hub means I won't be able to control the fans individually, but I'm okay with that because I prefer having better cable management. I've been looking at the Arctic fan hub, which can support up to 10 fans. Given this setup, would a fan hub be a good idea, or is there a better solution out there?

It depends on how you want to manage your fans! I personally prefer to connect fans directly to the PSU for quiet operation and reliable performance, especially if they're high-output models. A fan hub could work, especially if it has a knob for speed control, which is handy for managing noise levels if you're running performance fans. Just check the specs to make sure everything aligns with your needs!
Make sure to check how much power each 4-pin connector on your motherboard can deliver. It's essential to know the total consumption of the fans you're planning to use to avoid overloading anything.
I'd say go for it! A fan hub can really clean up the wiring and make your build look much neater without cluttering up the motherboard. Just make sure the hub can handle the power requirements of all your fans!

All the fans I'm using are Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM models, so I think they’re pretty efficient!
