Hey everyone! I've put together my parts list for a new PC build (you can check it out here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cQvs3w). The case I got only includes one back fan. Should I wait until I can buy more fans before starting my build, or is one fan enough for now?

I agree with everyone about your power supply, but if you're looking for a case upgrade in the future, consider something like the Montech X3 or X5. They come with all the RGB fans included, which is a nice touch!
Honestly, one exhaust fan is totally fine for your setup right now. Unless you're using a high-end PC or a super small case, you shouldn't have any issues. Just make sure your airflow is decent.
However, I really have to flag your power supply. That thing looks sketchy and could be unsafe. You might want to return it while you can and get something a bit more reliable! Check out some options that are at least 80Plus certified, like this one: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pG6qqs/thermaltake-toughpower-gx2-600-w-80-gold-certified-atx-power-supply-ps-tpd-0600nnfagu-2.
You're good with the one fan for now! Just make sure your airflow setup is solid, like three intake fans in the front and one in the back. But I definitely wouldn't trust that power supply you have—it seems risky.
