Our organization has been utilizing Google Workspace for the past four years, and during this time, we've equipped our users with the necessary tools and training to effectively use Google applications. However, recent polling indicates that around 60% of our users still prefer Microsoft Office for editing documents and spreadsheets, often uploading them back to Google Drive. We've had new users express difficulty with Google Docs and Sheets, stating they would rather stick with Microsoft Office due to learning curves. Now, we're contemplating the switch to Microsoft 365 to save on the costs of Office licenses. While some of us appreciate the Google Workspace apps, it seems a significant portion of our user base is set on using Microsoft Office for their workflow. What are the thoughts on making this migration?

You're never going to please everyone in this situation. It's really about financial smartness vs. what's easier for your team. If you're choosing between Google favorites and Microsoft diehards, weigh the architecture benefits for your workflow. Ultimately, look for a decision that improves your team's efficiency.

Exactly! It should be about what works best for you and your team, not just user preference.
