I'm dealing with a quirky problem at work, where a single Windows 11 Enterprise PC is connected to four wall-mounted Roku TVs via HDMI, primarily for monitoring cameras. Every now and then, the displays flicker and open applications or windows randomly shift between the monitors. Initially, I thought this was due to the adapter setup, which involved a chain of mini-display port to display port and then to HDMI adapters. Now I've switched to mini-DP to HDMI adapters instead, but the issue is still here. I suspect it might be related to DisplayPort's plug-and-play features and have come across some registry hacks and service tweaks that could help. I'm thinking about completely switching to HDMI and eliminating DisplayPort, but I'm struggling to find a suitable half-height GPU with four HDMI ports. A possible solution I'm looking into is a USB-C to four-port HDMI adapter, but I'd love to hear any suggestions or experiences from anyone who's set up a similar system.

Have you checked if your video driver is crashing? It could be resetting and causing the flickers. You might want to look at the event logs too—see ifanything happens at those moments. Just to confirm, do you have the latest Radeon drivers installed?
I've had success using a software solution for active displays in a lobby setting at a previous job. It’s quite affordable and user-friendly—check out Rise Vision for some helpful tools that might fit your needs. You can find it at risevision.com!
This seems more like an A/V issue than purely IT. What you really might want to consider is a 1x4 HDMI splitter. I recommend checking out the Monoprice Blackbird 4K 1x4 HDMI Splitter. It's affordable and should do the trick. They even have an 8K version if you're looking to future-proof for some fancy gear!
I hear you! Sometimes we have to wear multiple hats in this line of work. I'll look into that; thanks for the suggestion!

I do have the latest drivers installed, but good call on checking the event logs!
