I've been working in tech for about a year now, and even though I have a Computer Science degree, I'm having a hard time with coding. Many people say Python is straightforward, but when concepts like PySpark come into play, it becomes overwhelming for me. I've also dabbled in Unity and UiPath, which led me to believe C# might be a better fit. However, every time I try to learn coding or work on logic independently, I hit a wall. I'm looking for advice or resources that involve hands-on projects since I find that helps me retain information better. Any guidance would be really appreciated!

What type of work are you currently doing? That could help in figuring out how to improve your skills.
Why not create a personal project to work on? Maybe aim for something that aligns with your job to make it more relevant and manageable.
Honestly, the only really tough part of my job is dealing with office politics.

I'm in an app support role now. It's straightforward work but it definitely requires focus.
