Struggling to Connect Bluetooth Devices on My New PC

I just bought a new prebuilt Skytech PC with a Ryzen 7 7700X running Windows 11 Home, and while it's mostly great, I'm having serious trouble getting Bluetooth to work. My Wi-Fi is totally fine, but Bluetooth is a no-go, even though the system says it's capable. I've had a tech-savvy friend try to remote into my PC to help out, but we haven't had any luck.

Here's some info that might be relevant:
- There are two antennas at the back of the PC; one is clearly for Wi-Fi, and the other isn't labeled but is securely attached.
- Bluetooth devices are discoverable, and my system recognizes the Bluetooth radio and all related functions seem to work fine.
- I've tried everything including updating drivers, reinstalling the Bluetooth radio, and even running Windows' troubleshooter, but nothing seems to help. I've been trying to connect a VOYEE Wireless N-S Controller S08 and also my headphones, but neither can be found by my PC. What am I missing? Any advice would be much appreciated!

What kind of controller are you trying to connect? Sometimes certain models can be tricky. If it's a VOYEE controller, make sure it's in pairing mode correctly since it has worked before with other devices.

Also, have you checked whether the devices are already paired with something else? That can cause issues too.

You might want to check if your Bluetooth is truly updated. Head to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options > Optional Updates and download any Bluetooth driver updates available. Also, have you tried going to Settings > Bluetooth > Add Device? That might help.

It sounds like the controller might need a reset. Sometimes when switching between PCs, you have to reset devices like a PS4 controller using the pinhole in the back. Have you tried doing that with your controller? If not, give it a shot!

And just to be sure, check that network discovery is on in your control panel too!
