I recently ran into a major problem with my AWS account. I was a few days late on my monthly payment due to a typo in my billing info, and as a result, my account got paused. The moment I realized this, I went ahead and paid the outstanding bill, but it's been 12 hours and my services are still down. I'm currently being charged, but I don't have access to my instances, which are completely offline. I've submitted five support tickets by now, but I'm left wondering where customer service is when I need them!

It might help to reach out through a chat option rather than just ticketing. I found when I needed urgent help, direct messaging with my case ID sped things up a lot. Good luck!
Submitting multiple tickets might actually slow things down. From my experience, it’s better to keep it to one active ticket. Have you thought about closing out some of the other tickets to avoid confusion?
Yeah, I had a similar experience where it took AWS a while to fully reactivate my account after I made a payment. Just be aware that sometimes it might take up to 24 hours for everything to get back online.
I feel your pain! I was in a similar situation before. Generally, the response time doesn’t change with the number of tickets you send in. What kind of support plan do you have with AWS?
Sometimes it feels like they take ages to respond. Just a heads-up, I remember it took a while for my services to come back up after a payment issue as well. Have you checked to see if there's any specific guidance from AWS about this?
