I recently had an issue where my CPU was hitting 95 degrees Celsius on startup and crashing after reaching 110+. I replaced the thermal paste, and it seemed to work wonders, keeping it around 55 degrees during use. However, today the problem has returned, with the CPU starting at 95 degrees once again. I'm really puzzled as to why this is happening. Can anyone help me figure this out?

It could possibly be a water pump failure. That would definitely cause overheating.
Could you share your full system specs? It would also help to know if you're using an air cooler or a water cooler, and how long you've had your PC. That info might give some clues about the overheating issue.
What cooler are you using? Have you checked if it's functioning properly? Make sure all your fans are running. You might want to open Task Manager to see if any questionable processes are consuming a lot of resources. Also, check the Event Viewer after a crash to see if it gives any specific errors.
Sounds like it might be a pump issue with your AIO cooler. Are the fans spinning as they should? Is there any blockage in your case? Also, are you overclocking your CPU at all?
