I've been trying to reinstall Windows 11 from a USB for the last two days, and it's just not working. I started with the media creation tool, but when I booted from the USB, all I got was an endless HP title screen. Then I tried using Rufus, and instead of the normal boot, I saw this black screen filled with text that I can't make sense of—it refreshes and leads back to that infinite title screen again.
