I'm trying to upgrade my PC to Windows 11, but I'm getting stuck with a message saying my device isn't supported. I have a Ryzen 1600x processor, and I'm pretty sure I'm meeting all the requirements. I have TPM 2.0 enabled through fTPM, Secure Boot is on, and CSM is disabled. My drives are formatted to GPT, and my Windows 10 is fully up to date. I've double-checked everything, but I'm really at a loss here. Any advice would be appreciated!

Your issue is definitely frustrating. The Ryzen 1600X has TPM 2.0 and meets some requirements, but it misses a few critical security features that newer processors have, which blocks the upgrade. I recommend looking for a used Ryzen 2600X or 3600X; they should work well if you're still fond of the 1600X.
It looks like your Ryzen 1600X isn't officially supported for Windows 11. Microsoft has some extra requirements that your CPU doesn't meet. If you want to bypass these limitations, you might need to use tools like Rufus or try other tricks to get it installed. You could also consider upgrading to a newer CPU like the Ryzen 2600X or 3600X, which are usually available for a decent price.
Your CPU may be a significant obstacle for the upgrade, even with TPM configured correctly. Buying a separate TPM module won't solve the compatibility issue. I suggest checking out some YouTube videos on how to install Windows 11 with a Ryzen 1600X, as there might be workarounds that could help.

How reliable are used CPUs, though? I’ve always been hesitant to buy used hardware.
