Hey everyone! I'm relatively new to programming and have been exploring it for a couple of months now. I recently started taking CS50, and it's been a great way to understand computer science concepts better. However, for the past couple of days, I've been battling some serious brain fog during the lectures. I'm not sure if it's due to my digestion issues lately, but it's making it tough to grasp key concepts like functions and loops. This fog really gets in the way of my focus and mental clarity, and on top of that, I'm dealing with a stressful situation in my life right now. I'm worried this might make me believe that coding isn't for me, but I really want to work on a personal project I have in mind. Has anyone else faced this? Any advice on how to push through?

I totally get what you're going through! One thing that really helped me was taking regular breaks while studying. Try stepping away for about 15-30 minutes to relax or do something fun. It can really help clear your mind before diving back into it!
Thanks a lot! I’ll make an effort to take more lighthearted breaks. I often push myself for long stretches because I’m super eager to learn!
