Struggling with MusicBee and Wifi Drivers on Linux – Any Help?

I've been exploring different Linux distros and I really enjoy the tinkering aspect of it. However, I'm running into two main issues: my favorite music player, MusicBee, isn't available, and I can't get drivers for my TP-Link Archer TX20U Plus wifi adapter to work. Right now, I'm having to use my phone for USB tethering, which isn't ideal. I did manage to get MusicBee running through Steam and Proton, but it's pretty clunky and the themes are blurry. Sometimes file identification works, but it's hit or miss. I'd really appreciate any recommendations or advice on how to resolve these issues!

It sounds like you're having a tough time with that wifi adapter! You might want to check out a community conversation about it [here](https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/620560). Also, for MusicBee, while you can run it with WINE, it does require some setup and might not be the smoothest experience. Have you thought about trying out other music players? There are plenty on Linux that could fit your needs better.

Switching to Linux usually means trying out some new applications. It can be a little daunting, but you might discover something you like! Just keep experimenting – maybe you'll find a music player that you enjoy more than MusicBee.

If you're looking for music alternatives, you might want to give Foobar a shot. It's pretty modular, so you can tweak it to fit your style. And for a more straightforward option, I recommend checking out Rhythmbox, DeadBeef, or Audacious. Personally, I'm a fan of VLC media player – it's easy to find in your package manager and works great!
