Stuck in a Boot Loop with BSOD – Need Help!

I've been battling a BSOD boot loop for three days now and I'm completely at a loss. My laptop is an HP Victus 15-fb2063dx. It was working perfectly fine until one night when I had to force shut it down by holding the power button. After that, it started going into a BitLocker loop, which I managed to disable, but now I'm stuck in a cycle of blue screens whenever I try to restart. I've tried everything: reseating RAM, switching it around, downloading a fresh Windows install four times today, and factory resetting the computer multiple times. I've also reinstalled all my drivers, but nothing seems to work. I could really use some fresh ideas or insight on what might be causing this.

Have you checked the button battery in your laptop? Sometimes a dead battery can cause weird startup issues. You might want to look into it.

What does that actually mean, and how can I check if it’s the issue?

First off, let’s get some dump files. They provide valuable info on BSOD issues. If you can boot into Windows, check the folder C:WindowsMinidump for any files. If you find some, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or MediaFire. Having multiple dump files is great for analysis, so follow [this guide](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html) to set up your PC to create small memory dumps if you don't find many.
