Suggestions for a Gaming PC Build Under $1,100?

I'm looking for recommendations on a solid PC build that would cost around $1,000 to $1,100. Costco is about to have a deal where one of their PCs will sell for $1,000 after a $400 discount, and I'm curious if I could build a better setup for the same price. I plan to play games like Rust and Rainbow Six Siege, as well as some newer releases. Any advice or build suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Pre-built systems can often be cheaper because manufacturers trim costs on certain parts. However, learning to build your own can save you money long-term and give you troubleshooting skills. I once had a computer where every part was replaced except the OS from 2005! If you choose to go pre-built, upgrading parts later isn't a bad idea either.

With a budget of $1,000, you might get a PC that's comparable or slightly better than the pre-built option. Just remember, you might have to forgo fancy RGB lighting and a Windows license for that price. Overall, though, that's a decent price for the pre-built system you're looking at.
