Suggestions for Lowering CPU and GPU Temperatures?

I'm having some issues with overheating in my PC build. My CPU, an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D, is hitting around 85°C on average and spiking to 91°C when under heavy load. The GPU isn't as bad, averaging 78°C, but that's still not ideal. I'm currently using three stock fans for intake: two at the front and one at the back. I'm considering getting a Thermalright Peerless Assassin cooler and adding three more fans, or maybe switching to an AIO cooler. What do you think is the best way to improve cooling? Also, my PC setup can be found here: [my build](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QymjQd).

Before anything else, what's the temperature of your room? Those CPU temperatures seem a bit high. A tip is to set your back fan to exhaust to help push hot air out. Doing this may improve airflow significantly. Also, consider directing your CPU fan towards the rear exhaust for better efficiency!

The room temperature is pretty standard, around 18-20°C. If I adjust the CPU fan to blow toward the back fan, will that help with the CPU spikes during heavy gaming?
