I can't view your build since it's set to private. But as for your question, the 9800X3D shouldn't bottleneck the 9070 XT. In fact, that's a great combo. With your budget, you might even consider upgrading to a 5070 Ti if you're looking for more power! Just a thought!

Honestly, the 9800X3D is one of the best gaming CPUs available. Even if there’s a minor bottleneck, it’s usually overstated. Most setups will have at least one component that’s a bit weaker. Just ensure everything is compatible and from similar generations, and you should be set!
