Thinking About Upgrading My Prebuilt PC – Need Advice!

I recently got a prebuilt PC and, to be honest, I'm feeling the urge to upgrade already. I'm pretty new to this whole computer thing, so I could use some guidance. Here's what I'm working with:

- GPU: GeForce RTX 5070
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500f
- Motherboard: Pro A620M-E
- RAM: DDR5 Vengeance (2 x 16GB)
- PSU: Vortex (80+ Bronze) 750W (MODEL: GPM750S-BA)

I've heard that I might have overspent on the GPU because everything else seems a bit mediocre. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, is that a wise choice? My CPU temps are concerning too; it idles at 60°C and during gaming, it hits around 85-90°C, sometimes even 95°C. I also want to add an AIO cooler, specifically the Arctic Freezer 3 Pro 360, but I've come across mixed reviews and I'm feeling uncertain about it. Also, I've been told that my A620 motherboard is quite basic, so I'm contemplating getting a better one. I play a lot of AAA games while running streaming software (like OBS) and have multiple tabs open (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), so I do encounter issues with performance. Any advice on these upgrades would be greatly appreciated!

Your setup isn't bad overall, but if you're experiencing stuttering in games like The Last of Us, it might be worth looking into a CPU upgrade. The RTX 5070 can handle 1440p gaming well with good frame rates, especially with DLSS, but your CPU might be holding you back. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D could definitely give you a boost. Just make sure you also get a good cooler to manage those temps better!

I totally agree! Cooling is key, and while the Arctic Freezer 3 Pro is solid, ensure your case has good airflow, as it can help a lot. If you’re not overly keen on AIO cooling, high-quality air coolers can also do the job at a lower cost.
