I've looked into this setup too! You're likely looking at around $600 total. The 5700X is actually cheaper than the 5600X and offers better performance, but you'd need a new cooler. If your budget is really tight, the 5600 is still a big upgrade over what you have. I'd also recommend a good NVME drive at a decent price and the XFX 9060XT is a solid choice!
In my country, the Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB adds up to around $730. Prices are pretty high for PC parts where I live, and the 5700X costs about $60 more.
