Has anyone tested these and can you share which one might be the easiest to set up? My friend tried EndeavorOS and said he found the font unattractive and difficult to work with, plus he's looking for simpler ways to adjust settings. I'm mainly looking for a system to support gaming but also want something functional for regular use.
