I'm planning to build my first PC and I'm considering the following components: an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X processor, a Palit RTX 5070 Infinity 3 graphics card, 32 GB of 5600 MHz DDR5 RAM, a Kingston SNV3S 1 TB M.2 SSD, an 80 Plus Bronze FSP Hyper Pro 650W power supply, and an Arctic Freezer 36 Black Duo cooler. I'm curious if anyone experienced thinks this setup will have bottleneck issues, particularly with the processor. Also, is the Palit Infinity 3 a solid choice? I'd appreciate any insights. In my area, DDR5 RAM prices are stable for now, but they're expected to rise soon.

I think your build looks pretty reasonable overall, especially considering price factors. Just a heads up, I'm not a fan of Kingston NV for storage, but it should work fine for this tier. Typically, I’d suggest allocating around 40% of your budget for the graphics card, which aligns with your choice. Just make sure to monitor the prices as they can fluctuate a lot. Good luck with your build!
Your proposed build looks well-balanced. Given the current RAM situation, it might be wise to secure those components soon. If it fits within your budget, go for it!
As long as DDR5 isn't too pricey for you, this setup seems solid. Just keep in mind that the motherboard is on the lower-end side, so if you can manage to get something a bit more robust, it might pay off in the long run. What's your total budget?
My whole setup costs around 78,000 Lira, which is about $1826. It's a bit high because of the local taxes.

Thanks! Yeah, pricing can be tricky here. Everything is pretty expensive due to high taxes.
